Christmas - The Mass of Christ.

The word Christmas is essentially a Roman Catholic word and has been rejected in the main by Protestants.    This is the day when most protestants become Catholics.

Most people think it means the birth of Christ when in fact it mean the death of Christ.  The word mass means a death sacrifice.

So when we wish each other a 'Merry Christmas,' we are asking that they have an enjoyable 'death sacrifice' of Christ. It is really a making fun of the Saviour's death on Calvary for the sins of the world.  May we even be laughing at the Saviour's blood which was shed for the human race.

The pervasive influence of Romanism on Protestant thinking and practice is difficult to miss.  However, we chose not to see it or believe what you have just read.

So may I wish all my loyal readers a most blessed time as you mark the birth of the Saviour of the world, Jesus Christ, God's eternal Son.  Worship Him on His official birthday (when He was born we just do not know).  Remember to point to Him as you bear witness to Him and give Him your heart as a gift.

Beware of Rome.

The Roman Catholic Year of Faith began on October 11, 2012, and will conclude on November 24, 2013. The intent of Year of Faith is a beguiling deception cleverly presented. Nonetheless, in studying official documents outlining its agenda, it is seen to be a repackaging of the dogmas of Vatican Council II. Consequently, Ecumenical affiliation with Rome is a major factor of the whole endeavor; in fact, the Baptist World Alliance has already been ensnared.  In newspapers, magazines, videos, and across the Internet, there are invitations to people to participate. As Christians, it is our duty to withstand these assaults on the Lord’s Gospel of grace.  The article attached is a clear-cut analysis of what is defined in the Year of Faith. Please study the article, and forward it to others, and if possible post it on your Website or Blog. We request also that you prayerfully consider writing a letter to the editor of your local newspaper regarding the Year of Faith.

A German's View of Islam

This is by far the best explanation of the Muslim terrorist situation I have ever read. His references to past  history are accurate and clear. Not long, easy to understand, and well worth the read. The author of this email is Dr. Emanuel Tanya, a well-known and well-respected psychiatrist. A man, whose family was German aristocracy prior to World War II, owned a number of large industries and estates. When asked how many German people were true Nazis, the answer he gave can guide our attitude toward fanaticism. 'Very few people were true Nazis,' he said, 'but many enjoyed the return of German pride, and many more were too busy to care. I was one of those who just thought the Nazis were a bunch of fools. So, the majority just sat back and let it all happen. Then, before we knew it, they owned us, and we had lost control, and the end of the world had come. My family lost everything. I ended up in a concentration camp and the Allies destroyed my factories.' We are told again and again by 'experts' and 'talking heads' that Islam is the religion of peace and that the vast majority of Muslims just want to live in peace. Although this unqualified assertion may be true, it is entirely irrelevant. It is meaningless fluff, meant to make us feel better, and meant to somehow diminish the specter of fanatics rampaging across the globe in the name of Islam. The fact is that the fanatics rule Islam at this moment in history. It is the fanatics who march. It is the fanatics who wage any one of 50 shooting wars worldwide. It is the fanatics who systematically slaughter Christian or tribal groups throughout Africa and are gradually taking over the entire continent in an Islamic wave. It is the fanatics who bomb, behead, murder, or honor-kill. It is the fanatics who take over mosque after mosque. It is the fanatics who zealously spread the stoning and hanging of rape victims and homosexuals. It is the fanatics who teach their young to kill and to become suicide bombers. The hard, quantifiable fact is that the peaceful majority, the 'silent majority,' is cowed and extraneous. Communist Russia was comprised of Russians who just wanted to live in peace, yet the Russian Communists were responsible for the murder of about 20 million people. The peaceful majority were irrelevant. China 's huge population was peaceful as well, but Chinese Communists managed to kill a staggering 70 million people. The average Japanese individual prior to World War II was not a warmongering sadist. Yet, Japan murdered and slaughtered its way across South East Asia in an orgy of killing That included the systematic murder of 12 million Chinese civilians; most killed by sword, shovel, and bayonet. And who can forget Rwanda, which collapsed into butchery. Could it not be said that the majority of Rwandans were 'peace loving'? History lessons are often incredibly simple and blunt, yet for all our powers of reason, we often miss the most basic and uncomplicated of points: Peace-loving Muslims have been made irrelevant by their silence. Peace-loving Muslims will become our enemy if they don't speak up, because like my friend from Germany, they will awaken one day and find that the fanatics own them, and the end of their world will have begun. Peace-loving Germans, Japanese, Chinese, Russians, Rwandans, Serbs, Afghans, Iraqis, Palestinians, Somalis, Nigerians, Algerians, and many others have died because the peaceful majority did not speak up until it was too late. As for us who watch it all unfold, we must pay attention to the only group that counts--the fanatics who threaten our way of life. Lastly, anyone who doubts that the issue is serious and just deletes this email without sending it on, is contributing to the passiveness that allows the problems to expand. So, extend yourself a bit and send this on and on and on! Let us hope that thousands, world-wide, read this and think about it, and send it on - before it's too late. Now Islamic prayers have been introduced into Toronto and other public schools in Ontario, and, yes, in Ottawa too while the Lord's Prayer was removed (due to being so offensive?) The Islamic way may be peaceful for the time being in our country until the fanatics move in. AND WE ARE SILENT.

English Defence League, Norwich march: Dr Clifford responds

PUBLIC STATEMENT

 

Since Norwich City Council's ban of Norwich Reformed Church is cited as a reason for the planned EDL march (Norwich Evening News, 21 June 2012), I wish to provide the following clarification:

 

1. I have no connection with either the EDL or the BNP, even though they rightly endorse my Christian criticisms of Islam.

 

2. My objections to Islam are ideological not racial. Indeed, I have more affinity with Asian Christians than English atheists.

 

3. Opposed to both 'Left' and 'Right' political extremism, my stand on the Islamic threat is faith-inspired.

 

4. Norwich City Council's intolerance towards me is to be blamed for the planned EDL march. Extremes provoke one another.

 

5. The appalling collapse of Christian conviction in the UK is also to be blamed for Muslim encroachment. 

 

6. Cowardly 'PC' Christian capitulation before the Muslim menace, is to be blamed for political fringe activity.

 

7. The liberal-secular dismantling of the UK's Christian heritage is to be opposed by all lawful means, religious and political.

 

8. The only hope for a harmonious, prosperous and peaceful society is the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Youth Drain From The Mainline Churches

In the Northern Ireland religious scene there is a burgeoning of independent 'churches' that are modelled on the Vineyard churches.  They are sprouting up in many of our provincial towns such as Coleraine, Dungannon, Magherafelt, Lurgan, Portadown, etc.

Your people in particular are leaving the mainline denominations in droves, despite their trying to mimic the world in a bid to retain them.  There churches, some of them professing to be reformed churches, have introduced the rock-style praise because, they say, this is what the young people want.  It does not seem to dawn on them what God might want and how He desires to be worshipped.

I think that the reason for this exodus is that the mainline churches, while mimicking the world to keep the youth, are just not doing a great job at it.  They are unprofessional, unskilled, ragged.  Indeed, by their compromise with the world they are actually driving the young away from them.

They are succeeding sufficiently to keep them for a whole, but when their worship becomes too 'normal', they then need a stronger 'fix' of worldly worship to keep them interested in religious things.

The churches have been warned about this trend, but no one has paid a blind bit of attention to these sincerely given warnings.

The mainline churches need not complain at the exodus of young people from their ranks - they have only themselves to blame for driving them to where they will get a stronger 'fix' of unadulterated worldly religion.

AC reply 1: Sodomite PF felt safe in a non-Muslim context because Dutch Christianity has largely become 'PC' liberal, as has much Judaism. However, Orthodox Christians like myself condemn sodomy, as we also condemn Islam for its barbaric penalties for sodomites, and its debased Muslim views of marriage and the humiliation of women therein.

 

Multiculturalism involves a level of complexity which cannot be understood from the prospective of any single discipline. Instead, historical, cultural, linguistic, political, economic, educational, sociological and psychological factors and processes all play critical role.

 

AC reply 2: Multiculturalism is 'PC' nonsense when it concerns moral principles and systems of law. You Muslims use M'ism as a tool to promote the overthrow of our Christian-based democratic heritage in favour of shari'a. You are dishonest deceivers of the first order!

 

Multiculturalism is not about integration but about cultural plurality. It is not about separation but about respect and the deepening awareness of Unity in Diversity. Each culture will maintain its own intrinsic value and at the same time would be expected to contribute to the benefit of the whole society. Multiculturalism can accommodate diversity of all kinds – cultural, philosophical and religious – so that we can create a world without conflict and strife. Britain can assume the role of accommodation and concern for all peoples, for our planet and indeed for our survival. We live in a rapidly changing world.

 

AC reply 3: M'ism is a mistake for reasons given above. Your idea of diversity ends up as division not unity. If Muslims believe in pluralism, why are Christians denied liberty in Saudi Arabia? If you ever gained power in the UK, you would treat the Christian dhimmis likewise. But you are not honest enough to admit that! Hence Islam has no valid place within Western culture and is rightly resisted.

 

Islam is the largest non-Christian faith in Britain, and has the worst press. It is the only religion about which it is permissible to publicly express uninformed hostile opinions. According to Lord Hattersley, fundamentalism is less acceptable when it is not white. Islam has been a focal point for the new racism, and remains on the edge of mainstream British life. The changing political and legal environment in western countries across the board has undermined the quality of life of western Muslims. Many face discrimination in the work place, are victims of racial and religious profiling, international travel has become difficult and risky. Islamic institutions, and particularly Masajid and Islamic Charities face harassment and unnecessary scrutiny. The murder of a Dutch film producer, the denial of a visa to the US for Tariq Ramadan and the humiliation deportation of Yusuf Islam from the US immediately on arrival are all front page news all over the world. Cryer caused great offence within the Muslim community by her pronouncements on issues of children not speaking English at home, and her criticism of transcontinental marriages. The choice of wives ensures that the children will grow up confident and familiar in both cultures. France officially mourns Pope but bans Muslim scarf. It shows the hypocrisy of French Secularism.

 

AC reply 4: Led by apostate Christian leaders and blinkered pro-islamite socialists, Islam shows growth as nominal Christianity declines. That said, have you ever asked why Islam gets a bad press? Is it for no reason at all? Besides the gross intolerance of your UK militant bombing types, the violent and oppressive track record of Islam overseas creates justified fear of what you would do if you gained mainstream influence. You whine and howl as victims as if you are innocent. But you are not. You are a threat to be resisted by civilised society (or what remains of it after secularism has done its own damage). As I've said many times, if you don't feel comfortable in the West, return to your ancestral origins and leave us alone! While jihad drives you to impose your decadent ideology, you'll never be welcome here. It is grossly unreasonable to tolerate those who have no intention of tolerating us.

 

Islam is not a culture but a body of principals and universal values. British Muslims are enriching for the whole society. From the Middle Ages, Islam has participated in the building of a European as well as British consciousness. The influence of Islamic civilisation on the literary and philosophical traditions is innumerable.

 

AC reply 5: Of course Islam is a culture, and a bad one. The principles and values of Islam are anti-Christian and to the detriment of human happiness - except for you Muslim men who use and abuse your women (and available kuffar females) for your self-centred erotic satisfaction. Islam has nothing to give us that Christianity doesn't already offer. Christian-based civilisation has contributed enrichment to human happiness. The opposite is the case regarding Islam. Indeed, Islam has done nothing to enrich the world for most of its history and certainly for the last 600 years.

Your verdict on the benefits of Islam is not correct, even though scholars argue that early Islam transmitted the philosophy and science of the classical world to the West when Europe was still in darkness. The scholarly work of Averroes (building on the earlier achievements of Avicenna) and others reflects the fact that as Islamic military expansion spread westwards from Arabia to Egypt and once-Roman North Africa, Muslims eventually absorbed the civilised features of the cultures they conquered.

However, the transmission of Graeco-Roman culture was not intrinsic to Islam. As the history of al-Andalus (Moorish Spain) makes clear, once the conquering warriors of Muhammad settled down, a softer life-style induced a more cultured existence at centres like Seville and Cordoba. This could not continue indefinitely when successive waves of more fanatical radicals from the Atlas Mountains arrived only to awaken their brothers from their slumbering compromise with infidelity. This is precisely what is happening in Europe and the UK now. While Muslim immigrants are enjoying the benefits of Western economic progress, they are tempted to prefer their adopted life-style to the more traditional austerities of the Islamic world. Such compromise with infidelity is regarded as a threat to orthodox Islam by radical imams and their militant activists, who then pressurise the moderates to conform to jihadist ideals.

 

AC reply 6: LAST AND MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL, there is no salvation in Islam. Since you reject Jesus Christ as the Son of God and only Saviour of the world, you cut yourself off from all hope of salvation. Since you deny that He died on the cross for our sins, you can never know forgiveness. For this ultimate reason, the world needs Christ not Muhammad. You Muslims need what we Christians have to offer. The last thing we need is soul-damning Islam. I pray you will leave your dark delusions behind and embrace the Gospel of God's Grace in Jesus Christ.

INTER-FAITH DECEPTION

The inter-faith business is an exercise in deception and error.  It is anti-Christian in that it attempts to rob Christ, the only Saviour of the world, of His unique position as the second person of the blessed Holy Trinity.  It proposes an alternative way of salvation – which does not exist (Gal.1).  It treats the death and blood of Christ as an unholy thing, and is a demonstration of rebellion against God.

Christians cannot with good conscience be involved in such activity unless it is with the sole goal of evangelism.  Short of seeking the conversion of the participants it is an empty and spiritually dangerous thing in which to be involved. 

The Cardinal Brady Affair - Church Cover-up!

Roman Catholic 'bishop,' Donal McKeown, has every right to feel flat on this May Bank Holiday (2012).  It has been a horrendous few decades for his 'church.'  He probably, and hopefully, feels thoroughly and deeply ashamed at both the actual clerical child sex abuse perpetrated against the innocents by his priests and brothers, and at the institutional cover-up that has quite clearly been going on. 

But do not forget that this kind of inhumane treatment may have been going on outside of official 'church' structures and inside what could be described at the 'para-church' institutions of his 'church,' namely the schools, orphanages, etc.  Anecdotal evidence would suggest that young boys and girls have been brutalised by both priests and nuns, if not physically, then psychologically and emotionally and mentally. 

Is this being investigated and by whom?  I hope not by the 'church' because that gives absolutely no credibility whatever to any outcomes.  When any organisation investigates itself, and is done by those specially chosen by the 'church' to conduct such investigations, then such a process is profoundly laughable if it were not so serious.

This must be conducted by those who have no links whatever with the Roman Catholic 'church' and by people who sufficiently independent to say it as it is.  Torch-holders for that 'church' will do a whitewashing job, and the victims of clerical child sex abuse will be doubly traumatised exactly as sex abuse victims of Fr Brendan Smith, Brendan are exposed to further humiliating 'measures' being taken by 'mother church.'

Smith's sex abuse of children was known to the Norbertine Order since the late 1940s, yet nothing was done by them to bring Smith to justice and also to protect the 100 known victims of his uncontrolled lust.  He had never been reported to the police in either the Irish Republic or in Northern Ireland.  'Cardinal' Sean Brady was actively and personally involved in an investigation in the 1970s into Smith's behaviour and was given the names of four other children whom Smith abused in addition to the boy he interviewed.  But nothing was done.  The boy's father, who waited in an adjoining room, was not told of the rogue priest's campaign, nor were the parents of the other four children informed of what was going on. 

How Sean Brady can say he acted in line with his conscience is commendable; but it all depends on how enlightened his conscience is/was.  If it has not been enlightened by the clear teaching of Scripture, it has not been enlightened.  If the very light of nature has not enlightened Brady about the basic difference between right and wrong, then for him to appeal to conscience is pathetic.

It would appear that his conscience was not held captive to the Word of God but to the rules and dictates of his corrupt and corrupting 'church.'  To abide by the rules or laws of any organisation, especially when those laws are contrary to nature law and the law of the nation, is to plead too much.  In fact, to do so is incriminating.

Now that the police are aware of the systemic child sex abuse within Roman Catholicism, what steps will they take to hold the entire religious organisation to account, and further, why has the Commission for Children and Young People been so quite at this time?  If this had happened in any other organisation, the authorities would have shut it down immediately pending investigation.  But that is not happening.  That religious organisation is being protected by that law that is designed to protect all its members, especially children. 

Brady must do the decent thing and resign from his post; but he must do more than that.  He must come clean and tell everything he knows about what happened since his initial involvement in the clerical child sex abuse campaign within his 'church.' 

But maybe, like IRA terrorist leader, Martin McGuinness MP, MLA, he too is silenced by some oath he has taken not to reveal what went on within that corrupt organisation.  Perhaps the truth will never come out this side of the Great Judgement Day.  But maybe it will.  But don't hold your breath!

Islamic Candidate Defeated

Now that the results of the London Mayoral election are known, whatever we might think of Boris Johnson and his policies, it is a great relief that Ken Livingstone, the promoter of the Muslim Menace in the UK.

Not only did the London electorate give its answer to Livingstone, so also did the sovereign Lord.  He has spared London the ignominy of being governed by a lover of Islam.  This should be seen as a wake up call to the London and UK populace alerting us of the ongoing encroachment of Islam into the very fabric of our society.

Were the people to see, it is not so much what Muslims do that is the problem, through that is a great concern to peace-loving, freedom-loving and democracy-loving people.  It is what they are taught from their 'bible,' the Qu'ran, that causes the problem.  It is their religion itself that creates the circumstances from which all kinds of 'trouble' emanate.  The UK has welcomed into our nation a religious system that is designed and calculated to destroy every 'infidel' and 'unbeliever.'  We have welcomed within our shores those who are committed religiously to destroy what we hold dear.  Nay, we give them utmost protection to promote and progress their well-publicised plans to destroy every 'infidel' and thus win the praises of Allah for so doing.

There is a great spiritual battle being waged in the world, a battle that has been going on since the Fall of man in Eden.   This battle is between light and darkness, truth and error, right and wrong, Christ and the devil.  Satan will stop at nothing to strangle the true Christian Church, the Body of Christ.  Much of the established religion in these islands is no threat whatever to false religion, be it Islam or Roman Catholicism or liberal Protestantism.  These mighty powers are out to annihilate Christ's church and people from these lands, make no mistake about it.

But let us not be afraid: if Satan's power and the power of false religion is mighty - and it is!  the power of the living and true God is ALMIGHTY.  Our God is unconquerable.  He loves His church and gave Christ to die for her.  We can rightly conclude that if He did the greater thing - redeeming her by blood; He is well able to do the lesser thing, and that is to deliver her from the clutches of Satanic religion of whatever hue.

The free world must waken up and see the monster that it is breeding and nurturing, a monster that will one day devour whatever remains of the UK as we know it. Indeed, given an unfaithful church in this land, anything short of a God-sent revival of true religion will prevent that occurring.  Only when the people of this land fall on their knees and beg the God they have so grossly offended by their dalliance with false religion will we see a return to the glory days of the past.  Unless and until our people turn from the sins and plead with the living and true God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, will we know again the blessing of God upon us.

Is it not the case that God's blessing often comes upon His church suddenly and when we least expect it?  His coming in power by the Holy Spirit is miraculous, and we surely need to know the miraculous, transforming power and grace of almighty God in these adulterous days.

The defeat of Ken Livingstone in London is most welcome, and we thank God for it; but let us not rest on our laurels because these powers of darkness will regroup and will launch another attack on democracy and freedom, including the freedom to worship the true God and His Son Jesus Christ.

Ken Livingstone - "I will make London a beacon of Islam"

London mayoral candidate Ken Livingstone has vowed to make the capital city a ‘beacon of Islam’.

In a speech last Friday at the North London Central Mosque, also known as the Finsbury Park Mosque, the Labour candidate said that he was determined to “educate the mass of Londoners” about Islam.

“I want to spend the next four years making sure that every non-muslim in London knows and understands [its] words and message. That will help to cement our city as a beacon that demonstrates the meaning of the words of the Prophet”, he said.

Running for mayor for the fourth time, Mr Livingstone spoke to assembled muslims at the controversial mosque and described Mohammed’s words in his last sermon as “an agenda for all humanity.”

The ex-mayor also promised that he would be making life “a bit easier financially” for the muslim population.

North London Central Mosque

North London Central Mosque was once controlled by Abu Hamza, a notorious recruiter for terrorism. He was removed in 2003, although the mosque is still dogged by allegations of links to extremist groups.

The mosque is now controlled by the Muslim Association of Britain, which has previously been linked to the banned terror group Hamas. Azzam Tamimi, who has acted as spokesman for the current leadership, is on record for expressing support for suicide bombings.

One of the current directors of the mosque, Mohammed Sawalha, has supported attacks on Israel’s allies, which includes UK troops. The BBC has described him as a former senior figure of Hamas who is “said to have masterminded much of Hamas’s political and military strategy”. 

Ken Livingstone and Islam

Mr Livingstone has often been linked to fundamentalist Islam.

In 2010, he campaigned against his own party’s candidate in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and backed an independent candidate, Lutfur Rahman, who had been previously fired by the Labour party for links to the Islamic Forum of Europe (IFE), an extremist group.

The IFE believes in sharia law, jihad and creating an "Islamic social and political order" in Britain.

In the course of his mayoralty, Mr Livingstone gave hundreds of thousands of pounds to the East London Mosque, which is controlled by the IFE. IFE activists championed him in the 2008 mayoral election. Azad Ali, the IFE's community affairs co-ordinator, helped run “Muslims 4 Ken”, which encouraged large numbers of muslims to vote for Mr Livingstone.

It is alleged by the Daily Telegraph that, on his IFE blog, Mr Ali praised a key mentor of Osama bin Laden, described al-Qaeda as a "myth," and justified the killing of British troops in Iraq.

MY COMMENT:

If this is not a challenge to the Christian church, I do not know what is.  If such a move by a senior politician is not an attempt to destroy, not just our legal system and democracy, but the Christian church in its entirety, I don't know what is.

Mr Livingstone is promoting a false religion that is not only totally opposed to biblical Christianity but it out to destroy it.  As a false religion, it stands condemned by the truth of God's Word.  It reduces our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to the level of a man, a prophet, thus denuding Him of His Godhead.  It is a substitute religion that is on the march and, as its name, Islam, implies, is bent on bringing all non-Muslims into submission to Mohammad.  This is a religion that denies the fundamental freedoms that our forefathers won for us at incalculable cost.  The enforcement of Sharia Law will completely remove any freedom to worship and serve the Lord Christ.  Archbishop Rowan Williams recently said that he would have no problem with Sharia Law being implemented in some parts of the UK.  So a senior churchman, who is supposed to promote the Christian faith is in fact promoting its publicly recognised destroyer.  

Has anyone heard of any senior evangelicals or reformed men speaking out against this ploy by Livingstone?  Or have evangelicals again been left without spiritual leadership in face of a religion that is determined to annihilate it?  Are challenges to the biblical Gospel being ignored by today's spineless evangelical and reformed leaders?  It appears so.

No, the Gospel is not treasured in the way it ought to be in today's anaemic church.  Is Islam a true religious faith that has been given by the Lord God Almighty for the salvation of the world?  If it is, why don't liberal church men and members leave their churches and cling to Islam?  If it is not, why the deafening silence of church leaders?  Is the Gospel way of salvation the ONLY way of salvation, or are there others, and is Islam one of them?  Paul doesn't think so (Gal.1:1-10).  Does Islam make its adherents better people, or worse?  Does Islam promote peace and brotherliness?  Is Islam tolerant towards Christians in countries where Islam is in a sizable majority?  Does Islam still murder Christians, or does it love them?

I think we have to face up to these questions now and before it is too late.  Our weak and principle-less government is facilitating the onward march of Islam, despite its loud protestations to want to preserve all that's good in the British way of life.  This CANNOT be done while at the same time allowing Islam free reign in our country.  

One day we will pay a heavy price for what successive governments have knowingly done to our people.  Our Christian heritage is being undermined by dangerously silly legislation and by the tolerance of a foreign religious system that is set about destroying that same Christian heritage.
