URGENT CALL FOR PRAYER

What a tragedy that the land of freedom and democracy, the land where the principles of the Protestant Reformation took root, the land where Gospel witness has been a 'given,' now regards Gospel witness as a "hate crime."  To even suggest that Dr Alan C Clifford's leaflet, "Why not Islam" was "hate motivated in relation to religious belief" is absurd in the extreme.

The thought that the bookstall pitch in Norwich City Centre and the use of Eaton Park community centre for your Sunday services will now be withdrawn is most menacing and totally wrong.  The fact that they have reported this matter to the police is also evidence that the City Council is bent on bringing "the full rigour of the law" and all its enforcement agencies against you.
I am calling on all Christians around the world who read this post to make this a matter of urgent and prevailing prayer to God.
PRAYER:
Pray for Alan and his wife and the church family there that God will intervene in the interests of the Gospel.

Pray that God will over-rule in this situation and that great victory will be given to the Gospel.

Pray for Alan's personal safety - Gospel haters are not slow to take the law into their own hands, and to use the atrocious law we have in our country (UK) to justify their evil actions.

Pray that God will use this situation for the evangelisation of these entire islands.

Pray also that we might have ministers who are prepared to address and challenge the current issues that promote false religions.

THIS IS MOST URGENT.  Bring this matter to your church prayer meetings and ask Christians to pray for this.
See post for text of the allegedly offensive article.
