Don't Heed the Warnings!

Listen to these word preached by Dr D. Martyn Lloyd-Jones in the 1960s:

"Whenever I read these verses [Eph.6:10-13], or think of them, with this repetition about putting on the whole armour of God, I am reminded of something during the early stages of the last war [WWII], in the so-called 'phoney war' stage.  The war broke out on the 3rd September 1939, but nothing seemed to happen for months, and some people - superficial optimists, people who did not understand the situation - were almost ready to say, Nothing is going to happen.  Indeed, the Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain said in the House of Commons, 'Hitler has missed the bus,' only a month or two before Hitler really released all his power in the month of May 1940.  But my chief reference at this point is to Major-General Sir Ernest Swinton, who used to speak on the radio once each week as a military commentator from September 1939 onwards.  Nothing seemed to be happening, no guns were being fired, there had been no clash of arms, no air raids had taken place, the war seemed dead.  But Sir Ernest Swinton kept on saying each week, 'We are fighting for our lives.'  He seemed to many to be a pessimist; but he kept on saying it.  'Make no mistake about it,' he used to say, 'we are fighting for our very lives.  And he continued to say it though nothing was happening.  The fact was that he knew something about the subtlety of the enemy; he knew what was happening. He knew that this apparent lull was most deceptive, and that if we were wise we would be preparing with all our might and main.  he knew that the terrible onslaught was bound to come.  And, of course, it did come!"

The UK was warned repeatedly about the craftiness of the enemy, but chose rather not to heed the warnings.  Today, and for quite a few years now, the UK has been warned of the terrible subtlety of Islam and of its constant progress towards the Islamification of the UK, by Rev. Dr Alan C. Clifford, but like previous generations, the government has decided not to heed the warnings.  It treats those who are determined to bring the UK under Sharia Law, with the help of some very senior churchmen in England, and this to subjugate our people to that kind of barbarous and totalitarian regime.

Indeed, Her Majesty the Queen is legally bound to protect the Protestant Faith within her realm, and if she fails to do so, will answer to Almighty God for her neglect and unfaithfulness.

Northern Ireland has been warned about the welcoming of terrorists into the government of our country, and ave been told that their ultimate plan is to bring the country under the atheistic influences of national socialism.  But no one has listened. Now our land in still under the control of terrorist some 42 years after the current campaign started in 1969.  Northern Ireland is the only place in the world where terrorists have a p;lace in government by right!  It is also the only country where those deemed to have been defeated in the 'conflict' are allowed to share in the government of the country they trued, and still try, to destroy.  If anyone knows any case where defeated enemies now rule the land where they lost, and were invited to do so by the 'victors,' I'd be glad to have that information.  But nobody is listening.

The victims of terrorism have been warned about corroborating with terrorists in government, and what we are now finding is that they are supporting to the hilt those parties that are in government with them!  they support those who support the people who murdered their family members and neighbours and injured them. I opposed very strongly the advice given by a unionist politician to go and see IRA leader Martin Maguinness for help in funding issues for those he had some hand in murdering.  Now, elderly members of victims groups are being encouraged by their leaders to go to convicted Old Baillie bomber, Martina Anderson, to get help with issues that affect them.  They have been warned about this but they have not listened.  Now their leaders are writing to them to go and work with IRA members, because there might be money in it for them at the end of the day.

The churches have also been warned repeatedly about the destructive effects of theological liberalism and other forms of godless worldliness.  Local congregations have been warned about going down the road set out for it by the world, but such warnings are dismissed with evangelical zeal and arrogance.

Nobody listens today to timely and urgent warnings about what current policies are leading to, and where they will take us.  But they will listen one day - when it will be too late!
